My BodYoga's Registered Yoga Teacher Training is an experience of a lifetime. We have graduated many amazing teachers through our Yoga Alliance Certified School of Yoga. 

We work to build a vision for your future while deepening your personal practice and developing a creative style of teaching by blending the science, philosophy, technique, and ART of YOGA. The program takes a holistic approach as it combines Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative styles while embracing Ayurvedic Principles, chakra balancing, and pure essential oils.
