Reiki is a Japanese word often translated as Universal Life Force Energy.
Rei refers to Spirit / Soul / Universal Intelligence, and Ki refers to energy, life force, or the Breath of Life.
Reiki is one of many holistic tools that support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The essence of Reiki training is the attunements — a sacred process in which the Reiki teacher takes specific steps during meditation to open and clarify the student’s energetic channel, allowing Reiki energy to flow more easily.
Once the channel between our earthly self and the Universal Spirit is clarified, our journey often shifts. Reiki training is not only educational — it is deeply transformational.
