We are honored to collaborate with Clint Ober, pioneer of the modern earthing movement and founder of Earthing®. Clint personally grounded our yoga studio at Be Love House in Oak Island, bringing the science and wisdom of earthing directly into our retreat and healing spaces.
Clint’s work is rooted in a simple yet profound truth: reconnecting with the Earth’s natural energy supports balance, regulation, and wellbeing. His down-to-earth heart, passion, and patience continue to inspire a global conversation around the Earth’s healing gifts and our relationship to the natural world.
A short documentary film featuring Clint Ober explores the science, healing, and heart of an earthing practice, sharing insight into how grounding supports the nervous system and overall health. We are currently completing interview footage together to bring this message to completion and share it more fully with our community.
This collaboration reflects our shared devotion to creating spaces that support embodied healing, presence, and connection—rooted in both nature and science.
Learn how to get grounded when you are inside. Yoga mats that literally support a healthy body.

DownloadWe started these hiking, yoga & meditation adventures when the world was confined to being inside rather than outside.
Then intentionally creating retreat experiences that involve earthing or grounding.
These adventures get us close to nature as we connect with the natural rhythms of the earth. True earthing is about touching your feet to the earth, allowing the earth to communicate to your body through frequency.
Enjoy forest bathing with nature.
The body has a way of harmonizing with the natural elements of our earth through electromagnetic frequency that naturally comes from the ground, the air, water, and sun.
Walk barefoot for the full experience (Shoes are optional). No Mat. Bring your water.
At the end of class, we will do a little tree-hugging and be back on our path and journey to harmonizing with mother nature for health and well-being. visit www.mybodyoga.com for weekly schedule.
