Cup of Love is a 90-minute Christ-centered gathering around a warm cup of cacao—a time to slow down, connect with one another, give thanks, and enjoy the goodness of God’s creation.
We begin by sharing cacao together as a simple expression of nourishment, hospitality, and community. We receive it with gratitude as food from the earth God created, remembering that everything we have ultimately comes from Him.
As we gather around the cup, Alice gently guides us through Scripture, reflection, meaningful conversation, prayer, music, and worship. There is space to share what is on our hearts, listen to one another with compassion, and spend time quietly reflecting before God.
Music is woven throughout the gathering as Alice uses frame drum, bells, singing bowls, and other instruments in worship. At times, we may hum or sing together, pray, become still, or gently move in worship. There is nothing to perform or achieve, and everyone is welcome to participate in the way that feels comfortable.
The cacao is simply part of our shared table and hospitality. Our spiritual focus remains on God—His Word, His goodness, and His presence among us.
Cup of Love is an invitation to nourish the body, deepen community, cultivate gratitude, and make room for meaningful connection with God and one another.

A Heart-Opening Ritual of Connection, Coherence, and Inner Awakening
Join us for a guided ceremonial cacao experience that blends ancestral reverence, nervous system awareness, breathwork, and sound.
Inspired by Alice’s Peruvian heritage and connection to Pachamama (Mother Earth), this ceremony invites participants to slow down, open the heart, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.
Ceremonial cacao, known as a gentle yet powerful plant ally, supports emotional openness, creativity, and heart–brain coherence. Through intentional ritual, participants are guided into deeper presence using breath, somatic awareness, voice activation, humming, singing, and sound vibration.
The ceremony includes:
