Coaching for Clarity, Renewal & Purpose with Alice

“Transformation begins with the curiosity to look beneath the surface.”

Sometimes moving forward begins by looking honestly at where we've been, where we are now, and what may be standing between us and where we want to go.

The Inner Excavation™ is a supportive coaching experience designed to help you slow down, look beneath the surface, recognize patterns, clarify what matters, and move forward with greater intention.

My approach brings together compassionate conversation, practical coaching, Polyvagal-informed nervous-system awareness, somatic practices, values exploration, reflection, and goal setting, supporting the whole person: body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Together, we may explore your experiences, beliefs, habits, relationships, stress responses, strengths, values, and vision for your life.

Our work can support you in:

• Clarifying your vision, values, and next steps
• Recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck
• Building greater self-awareness and personal responsibility
• Navigating stress, transitions, and change
• Strengthening nervous-system awareness and resilience
• Creating healthier boundaries and habits
• Moving toward meaningful goals with greater clarity and purpose

You are welcome exactly where you are.

My faith in Jesus Christ shapes the compassion, integrity, and respect I bring to my work. Whatever your beliefs or background, you will be met with kindness, understanding, and a genuine commitment to supporting your personal growth.

For those who wish, sessions may also include Scripture, prayer, and Christ-centered reflection. This is always your choice, never an expectation.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Sometimes transformation starts with the willingness to dig a little deeper, see more clearly, and take the next step forward.
