My BodYoga takes great care in protecting your privacy. It  is a privately-owned corporation doing business in Virginia, committed to protecting any data that we collect from you. By using our services, you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Privacy Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information.

We do share your information on a secure site called Mind Body Online. Data in relation to credit card payments and reserving space in workshops and classes is processed by our scheduling and payment system https://www.mindbodyonline.com/ on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Likewise when you submit a website form or schedule an appointment with us through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name and email address. We refer to this information as “Scheduling Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and Scheduling Information.
