My journey began as a teenager, into an experience that I later understood was a spiritual awakening. As life unfolded, my family moved to an earthy, crunchy, small town in New England where I learned to dabble in herbs, essential oils, meditation and holistic practices.
I began visiting a Buddhist Peace Pagoda Stupa (the first in the US) that was practically in my neighborhood, the stupa itself is “a symbol of the peace that we all need to find within our own hearts,” and “a symbol of your awakening".
It was a serene place in nature where I frequently visited alone, intuitively meditating to find the quiet in between the noise, to later learn TCM, a support group for people struggling with anxiety disorders.
This path was a choice that led me to learn how to be a natural born healer of thyself. Experiencing many years of chronic anxiety, depersonalization disorder, agoraphobia and panic attacks become a blessing in disguise.
It's a joy to connect with people from all over the world and walks of life, teaching people how to connect with nature and human nature, to tap into their healing abilities, learning alchemy with nature's medicinal elixirs, to be your own master physician, to explore the "quiet in-between the noise" in a busy world with an archeologist approach to digging deep into authentic self, purpose and passion.
