My work today focuses on skillful touch, relaxation, mobility, body awareness, nervous-system support, and compassionate care without energy healing, chakra work, or spiritually based bodywork.

Deep Tissue Massage

Of the many types of massage, deep tissue focuses on the release of muscle tension and chronic knots (aka adhesions).The inflammation and toxins contribute to pain and stress. Deep Tissue Massage breaks up and releases the built-up toxins by loosening the muscles and can break up scar tissue over time. With the toxins released, blood and oxygen can circulate as they should through one’s body.
Sports Massage

Prior to an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state. Sports Massage may also be used for injury rehabilitation.

Assisted Stretch + Thai Bodywork

A movement-based bodywork session inspired by my training in traditional Thai massage, combining assisted stretching, gentle compression, rhythmic movement, joint mobilization, and mindful body awareness.

Pre-Natal Massage

A Swedish Massage, which aims to relax muscle tension and improve lymphatic and blood circulation through mild pressure applied to the muscle groups of the body. Swedish Massage is the recommended prenatal massage method during pregnancy because it addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts during pregnancy.
Lymphatic Drainage Technique

Lymphatic Drainage Technique is a form of lymphedema therapy that focuses on removing blockages in the lymph system and promoting a healthy flow of lymphatic fluid. Occasionally, the lymph nodes become blocked, causing fluid to collect and stagnate. Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle physical manipulations that mimic the peristalsis and skeletal pump action of the lymphatic system which normally move lymphatic fluid.
Restorative Reflexology

A deeply relaxing session using focused pressure and massage techniques on the feet and hands to encourage relaxation, comfort, and body awareness. Drawing from my many years of training and experience with reflexology, this gentle hands-on practice can be enjoyed on its own or incorporated into therapeutic bodywork.
My approach today focuses on skilled touch and relaxation rather than energy pathways or claims that individual reflex points treat specific organs or medical conditions.
